About
How many times have you had something shrewd and pithy to say to a company about recent service you had received or a defective product, but could not seem to manifest your thoughts into an effective letter? Or have you suffered a great injustice from said company, and
sworn written vengeance, only to let it dissipate without a single syllable? If you have trouble committing your thoughts effectively on paper (or committing to paper at all), but still yearn to get your point across, whether it is to recover a monetary loss, or simply because it turns your stomach to think that this company is going to get away with such egregious behavior, The Starving Zebra is the business for you.
Companies rely heavily on feedback in order to adjust their products and customer service to meet the needs of their multifarious consumer base. Thus, every letter, be it a complaint or compliment, is a vital step in the right direction. However, it is crucial to note that not all companies react in the same fashion, and some do indeed ignore such outcries (unfortunately, this cannot be helped).
Mission Statement
As someone who expects nothing but precision and excellence in every aspect of my life, the facet of consumer satisfaction is no exception. Personally, I have been writing letters to companies ranging from local to conglomerate for years, almost always evoking some sort of reaction. Call it a personal crusade, but I have always felt two things: first, along with the goods or services a company advertises, customer satisfaction is among them; second, without speaking up and getting slightly indignant about poor treatment or faulty products, nothing proactive will ever be done.
The Starving Zebra also offers editing services for academic and personal documents. For editing services, please consult the editing page.
